Oswell is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of
the institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe).
He has extensive experience in auditing, accounting
and financial management acquiring over many
years of practice with several high-profile
institutions. Oswell has worked as Group Finance
Director for Zimpapers and as Finance Director for Air
Zimbabwe, he is a Non-Executive Director of SNIBL,
past Director of Metbank Limited and several.

Bernard holds a Master of Business Administration
(“MBA'”) and Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours)
degree from the University of Zimbabwe’ He is an
investment banker with extensive knowledge and
experience in banking and finance- He is a Member
of the Institute of Bankers of South Africa and
institute of Directors of South Africa. Bernard is the
CEO of Cosmos Capital Limited, a Non-Executive
Director of Alpha Asset Management, SMBL and
past Director of Steward Bank ex TN Financial
Services, TN Financial Holdings, and several other
companies.

Happymore is a Fellow Chartered institute of Secretaries
and administrators, a professional member of Alumni
London Business School (Executive management
Programme), and member of the Private Sector Advisory
Panel Committee of the international Cotton Advisory
Committee. He is an Executive Director of Cosmos Capital Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Alpha Asset Management, SMBL, past CEO of AICO, Director of Agricultural Marketing Authority (AMA), Homelink and several other companies.

Rudo Holds an MBA. (University of Gloucester), is a
registered member of the South African Institute of
Investment Managers and is also a holder of a
Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Finance
from the National University of Science and
Technology (NUST). She has more than 10 years.’
experience in the Investments Management industry
covering stock broking with a vast experience in Equity
portfolio management. Money Market and financial
analysis. Over the years of experience in Investment
Management firms, bourses and financing business. Rudo
has been able to acquire good understanding of the
dynamics of Investments and Risk Management principles
as well as the operations of running the business thereof.
Rudo started her career with FBC Securities and went on
to join FMI Securities at its inception where she helped in
developing procedures and managed to build the
clientele base through her prowess in business
development and client relationship management. She
went on to do a short stint in Microfinance beforejoining
Alpha Asset Management where she is currently working.

Silas holds Master of Science in Risk and Insurance
management from National University of Science
and Technology (Zimbabwe) and an Honours Degree
in Banking and Finance from Midlands State
University (Zimbabwe) _ Silas is in his final year of
Studying MBA Finance with the University of
Zimbabwe Prior to joining the Rolink Finance, Silas
occupied various positions withinZB Bank and has
experience as a Money Transfer Agency
Administrator. He is skilled in business
development, risk management and strong
operations expertise in the international
remittance service industry.

Cathrine holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the Chinhoyi University of Technology and is a holder of Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA)and Risk Management from the Corporate Finance Institute. Prior to joining Rolink Finance, Cathrine
occupied various positions within CABS and has experience as an anti-money laundering data analyst. She is skilled in risk management, anti -money laundering, compliance, data analysis and financial accounting.

Brighton holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in
Finance from the National University of Science and
Technology (“NUST”). He has 11 years’ experience in
investment advisory, trading, fund management and
portfolio management. He started his career with
Saga Stockbrokers where he participated in the
creation of the S & P Markets Database. He later
joined African Independent Research as an Analysts
covering Sub Saharan Africa Markets. In 2010
Brighton joined Alpha Asset Management in the
capacity of Financial Analyst responsible for
research, financial analysis, investments advisory and
portfolio management.
